    Emily Sutton, PharmD

    Clinical Pharmacist, Community Health Centers of Burlington

    Emily Sutton is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy at Albany College of Pharmacy, Vermont Campus.  After graduating from the University Of Iowa College Of Pharmacy, she completed an Ambulatory Care focused residency at the University Of Mississippi Medical Center.  Emily practices at the Community Health Centers of Burlington where she fulfills her passion for serving disadvantaged patients.  She has many professional interests centering on chronic disease state management, serving the underserved, promoting empathy, and integration of pharmacists into primary care clinics.
