General CE: 15 Credits, Live CE: 6 Credits Due Date (M/D/Y): 3/31/2023

Pharmacists must complete fifteen (15) hours of ACPE-approved CPE or CME Category I, or both, each license year.

At least six (6) hours of the total must be from live presentations.

At least fifty percent of the total number of hours required must be concerning drug therapy or patient management and at least one hour must be related to approved procedures for monitoring controlled substances listed in Schedules II, III, and IV of the schedules provided for Sections 44-53-210, 44-53-230, and 44-53-250.

Excess credits may be carried forward one (1) calendar year.

Pharmacy Technician
General CE: 10 Credits, Live CE: 4 Credits Due Date (M/D/Y): 6/30/2023

A registered pharmacy technician shall complete ten hours of Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or CME I approved continuing education each year.

A minimum of four hours of the total hours must be "live" hours.

*Technicians are allowed to receive credit for Pharmacist only courses (ACPE Number ending with a "P")*
